A lot of the doing of motherhood is being.
Right, I’m completely on board with this whole “being is more important doing” concept.
Have been for a long time.
I can give you a list of the things I’ve done that prove it!
(Apparently I don’t have it down quite yet.)
But I’m trying, I swear!
What’s a girl to do be anyway?
Quick, somebody send me a list of 10 things to do to be.
I am so not the right person for making this list. But I anxiously await what others have to say!
Meditate. I get this advice from a lot of folks on my team of health care practitioners (TCM doc, trainer, yoga instructors). I have yet to really take this on, but promise I will try — then let you know how it goes.
I also think coloring is a good way to be.

3. Listen to what you are hearing.

Breathe, See, Hear. I like it!
Inhale….Stretch…PRAY..
Exhale….Relax….Embrace the moment.
